I love sauerkraut! I love pizza! Now I can enjoy my pizza with sauerkraut!! I used naan bread instead of pizza dough because I’m always looking for fast and easy short cuts! I put the naan bread in the hot oven for a few minutes to crisp up the bottom. I then put the rest of the ingredients including some onions on the naan bread, popped it back in the oven and finished up the cooking process. Yum, yum!
This is a keeper!
