I made this with some turkey kielbasa I had on hand and it was only so-so. I would use either a chicken Italian sausage variety next time or ground lamb but won’t make this again with keilbasa

Very tasty dish that the family wants to add to the rotation. Came out somewhere between a soup and a stew. Not really a pretty dish, but plenty of flavor and healthy, to boot.
