Made this for the in-laws using fresh shrimp, scallops, and salmon. Hubby, Keith, threw in tons of white wine, along with an Italian cheese blend. "Best they've ever had." Used this recipe too, https://www.yummly.com/recipe/Better-Than-Olive-Garden-Seafood-Alfredo-9159547. Tons of garlic = yum.

Brilliant! Added a bit of garlic, red pepper and parsley but one of the best pasta dishes in a while.

So good. I will definitely make this again. I added garlic, which I was shocked it wasn’t in the recipe, and basil and parsley. It was easy. When it was done I added parm cheese and red pepper flakes to my bowl. I absolutely loved this meal. I also had used one pound of scallops and two pounds of uncooked shrimp, so this dish was a little less saucy, but didn’t make a difference because it was so good.

Good, but a little runny for my tast I took the shrimps and scallops out and thickened the sauce so they were not over cooked

Great dish!! Make sure you start cooking your pasta before starting butter sauce. Prep ingredients so while pasta is cooking you can start the seafood. Next time going to add a bit of fresh basil! Family loved it!
