- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder (20 g)
- 1 Tbsp. salt (17 g)
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 10 red potatoes (8-10 potatoes, medium)
- 3 fresh thyme sprigs (2-3 sprigs)
- 2 fresh rosemary sprigs (1-2 sprigs)
- olive oil (as needed)
- 3/4 cup white wine (177 mL)

Directions
- SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: KitchenAid® Dual Convection Oven with Roasting Pan and Built In Meat Probe
- Place all dry ingredients into a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil into the base of the roasting pan and evenly coat the base and sides of the pan. Position the pork roast into the oiled pan with bones away from you and generously sprinkle all sides with your dry rub. Roast should be evenly coated, so use your hands to distribute the rub as needed.
