It was very good. I will probably make it again.

The recipe was pretty easy to follow but I used way more half and half than it called for because the sauce was super thick. I also used a lot more salt to bring out the flavors. My fiancé loves shrimp so he enjoyed it but he said he wasn’t sure if he would want the leftovers. The sauce was like a paste which made the dish drier. I used almost the entire pint of half and half.

Our household enjoyed this dish quite a bit. But I also usually love anything with shrimp! I used more salt than the author suggests. It came out a different colour - much redder - than the photo above. I like the idea of modifying it in the future.

A favorite in our house. i made it once without the tomatoes because i couldnt find them at the store and it was still delicious.

So good! Wasn’t sure what to expect since I don’t usually eat tomatoes but the flavor is incredible and the tomatoes I chose aren’t bad at all! Added a little extra half and half like the recipe says (i made a little extra pasta so I needed extra sauce lol)
I’m definitely going to be making this again!

This was pretty good. I'm not a fan of the sundried tomatoes so next time I will remove them. Maybe add some hot pepper and Cajun spices instead next time. Overall a good recipe and I will definitely use it again.
