This was delicious and quick to make up after work to take the next day in wraps! I used pre-cooked frozen shrimp and probably could have cut back a little on the pink sea salt, which tends to be a little saltier. I added sprouted peas that I steamed also for some “extra”. I did not use an onion since I would be consuming at work, but the combination of white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, dill, and lemon was good enough for us. Don’t be afraid to mix things up if you need to!
