- 1 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika (EACH:, & Old Bay Seasoning)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme (not ground thyme)
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne (– more or less to taste)
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour (– spooned & leveled)
- 1/4 cup brandy (EACH:, & Dry Sherry, or dry white wine)
- 2 cups heavy cream (– more or less to taste)
- 8 oz. lump crab meat (DIVIDED)
