It was wonderful, I did use an extra tablespoon of butter for moisture and richness. I served it along side of a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The entire family loved it ! I almost felt guilty because it was so easy 😃

It's quick, easy and has simple ingredients, which I really appreciate. I also served it alongside icecream (2 options: strawberry and pistachio).

It was quick and easy. I used Macintosh and next time will use a sweeter apple.
