I didn’t have onions but I used what I had. Added some asparagus cut on the diagonal. The flavours were great!Wonderful recipe! Thanks for sharing

Delish! Will make again. I added nutritional yeast and fresh garlic . Recipe was easy to follow and quick to make.

This tasted great! We added a potato and some thyme to the dish and it turned out to be really filling and had a great mild flavor. We ate it in a form of a burrito with some cheese and has passed the test to become a regular breakfast dish in my house.

I spiced mine up a bit to give it more flavor I added some nutritional yeast to the tofu I added some potatoes and plant based chorizo to the mixture it made some yummy flavors!
