It turned out great! I wasn't sure how big or thin to make it, so I rolled it out to 9" and baked it on a parchment lined cookie sheet for 15 minutes. For the second one, I pressed it into a 9" round cake pan and that needed to be baked for 20 minutes. For the first one, I used Earth Balance instead of butter and Violife cream cheese for the regular cream cheese. I am taking the second one followed exactly to the recipe for Easter dinner.
