- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms (about 3 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups broth (beef-flavored)
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes (unpeeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, 3 medium I used Yukon Gold)

So delicious and easy to make! I added a little herb de providence because I had no parsley. It all worked out!

Outstanding. Added only onions and garlic to begin. Otherwise followed recipe as written. Very good and very easy. Might consider adding some additional spices next time but not required.

Good recipe, the whole family liked it! A little too much Dijon for my taste so I may leave it out next time. I also made mine gluten and dairy free by using gluten free flour and oat milk and it was still good!

I put too much broth and it became a soup. Still good but I add more season than the recipe require because it was bland.

This was a pretty quick & easy meal. Surprisingly we all liked it, too. Did a lot of tweaking, but basically it’s the same dish.
Used ground turke (2.5 lbs.), seasoned with steak & chop seasoning & thyme; Browned it along with some garlic, yellow onion & a red bell pepper; Added the broth, along with the potatoe, carrots & some celery; Stirred in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup to thicken base along with 1 Tbsp. worshershire sauce, 2 Tbsp kitchen bouquet, parsley & a little creole seasoning. When vegetables cooked through it was still just a little thinner than what I was wanting so I used just a little cornstarch to thicken. Served with rolls for dipping into the gravy.
Would be good served with brown rice.

Absolutely amazing recipe! I added onion and substituted sweet potatos rather than regular potatos and it was terrific!

Was very good, even tho I did not have the beef broth and cream 😓. I substituted red wine and water and a small splash of milk. So yummy!!!

It tasted very good and I’ll definitely make it again again! I doctored it up a bit to my own liking by adding onions, celery, thyme, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce!

I had ground beef and was so tired of tacos I wanted a new recipe. This one popped up and was actually really good I added a bit more flavor, garlic and dash onions but overall good. Served over rice

I doubled the recipe but kept the meat the same and added white beans, onions, and peas. It was easy to make and the entire family loved it!

Added peppers & onions to the mix! Let it cool a bit before serving & it was thick...& delicious! Sad we had no leftovers. 😜😂

I did half an onion instead of mushrooms (boyfriend hates mushrooms) and added a couple cloves of garlic and it was phenomenal. Will be making again!

Family liked it, but didn’t love it although I’m sure I’ll make it again. I added onion, minced garlic, and some seasoning. I also added frozen peas to the dish in the last few minutes of cook time.
