- 5 oz. hummus (garlic, heaping ½ cup)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup spinach (chopped, I used frozen that I thawed in the microwave)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil

Made this according to recipe. I used a store bought marinara which was a little overpowering, next time will make my own. The ricotta is great. I think it needs some additional veggies.

This is so delicious! Tastes just like any other lasagna, I almost couldn't tell. But it seems like more than 4 servings (which is great)!

Excellent! I added “meat” crumbles, onion, and mushrooms. Very good...didn’t even miss cheese at all with this recipe.

This one came out great! Super fast to put together and tastes great too. I added more spinach (about a cup) and the hummus and tofu mix worked really well as a ricotta substitute.

Was not a hit in my house. Had a really weird after Taste, there is a really good stuffed shell recipe I’ll use instead of this filling recipe next time. Very disappointed

Made this tonight for my fiancé and I and it’s absolutely delicious! By far the best lasagna I’ve had since being a vegan! I also loved how cheep all the ingredients were to buy, and how simple it was to make! Definitely adding it to my favorite recipes list! Highly recommend!

I was a little hesitant about the hummus, but surprisingly this vegan ricotta turned out amazing! Just added some sautéed mushrooms and roasted red bell pepper for extra veggies. My kiddo loved it. Great recipe.

Literally this is SO GOOD I added “Big Mountain Foods Veggie Ground & also their “Broccoli Crumble” and topped it with a little bit of vegan mozzarella shreds!! Beyond excited I found this

Great! I thought the hummus taste came through a little, but my family didn't notice. I didn't tell my pickiest kids it was vegan. They thought they were eating cheese! My husband said it's good enough to serve to guests!

Delicious! Will definitely make again, might add some chopped olives to the marinara sauce to add more flavour next time. Added grated nutmeg to the "cheese" but would use even more next time.

Easy to make. I added sauteed chopped mushrooms along with the greens. It was filling and tasty.

Thus was definetley a hit with the fam. we ended up adding mixed veggies and topping it with soy deliscious cheese... yummm!
