Has potential, bacon definitely needs to be crispier, cannot recommended using a broiler enough, had to use a frying pan to try and crisp up the bacon after broiler didn’t work. Turned out good, will take some refinement and further practice to get right.

My family loved.... made 4 servings, but I think I will have to make more next time. Definitely put it in the broiler befor serving.

I probably wouldn’t make this recipe again in the crockpot there was so much liquid on the pot, the bacon practically fell off and was not crisp as the picture shows I think I’d redo this recipe, but instead bake the chicken on a rack to let juices be separated from the chicken.

This turned out very well, I was surprised that no fluid had to be added and they were so, so moist! This was a hit for sure. Thanks!
