Easy to make! Lots of flavor! Served over glass noodles. KIDS LOVED IT!! Would be great with some vegetables mixed in too.
I made some substitutions:
used 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste instead of fresh grated
I swapped 1/4c of the soy sauce for 1/4c chicken stock.
swapped the red pepper flakes for 1 tsp of rooster garlic chili sauce
added 1 tsp hoisin sauce.

Lovely meal which all the family enjoyed. Chicken pieces were soft and tender, I will definitely make this again.

Great dish. Very easy to make. No need to change it as everyone loved it. Now a staple in our house.
