Such a great and easy meal but I did not use potatoes. Cooked pasta instead and Used less dishes by boiling the noodles in a pot in the stove, drained in a colander, poured the sauce into the same pot and boiled then dumped the chicken and sauce back in the crockpot. Highly recommend!

It was good and easy to make. Loved it!

Great - I did not brown the chicken first, because if I’m going to spend time doing that I may as well just cook and not use slow cooker. I put in fat breasts and it was delicious, very juicy

This turned out very well! I've made chicken piccata many times by dredging in flour and frying. This was easier, less messy and less calories without all that oil. I recommend!

Delicious and easy. I
used kosher chicken so used much less salt. Would have skipped it altogether but thought the soaking might make more tender.

Tender, flavorful, so delicious. Easy to make and clean up.

Quite good. My sauce was a bit sour from lemons, but I will still make it again

This was very good and hubby liked it too! The potatoes do not turn out like pictured but are good just the same. Added zest from two lemons along with a 1/2 teaspoon of the caper juice and the sauce came out perfect. Served this along with onion pudding pie, which is more like a quiche. Yum.....
