Amazing recipe! Definitely added this to my go to’s. I’ll go lighter on the cinnamon next time (for my taste), but other than that I have zero complaints.
This recipe also seems pretty easy to substitute for what you might have available.
100% recommend!

This is the best jerk chicken recipe that i have found. Turns out amazing EVERY time. I have used it with chicken breasts or thighs and i even save the sauce to reuse for another night and it's still amazing. This recipe is definitely a favorite in our house! I usually serve it with coconut rice. YUM!

This was really really good! I used three habeneros since we love spice. Really easy and delicious. I'm from the Caribbean and this tasted super authentic. Definitely will be added to the rotation!

Removed skin before marinating bone in thighs. Peeled a sweet potato and russet potato I had on hand, and put InBev the crock pot before chicken. Cooked on low for 8h. Didn't need to broil since skin was off. Used drippings plus reserved marinade for sauce. Turned out fantastic. Will be a new winter fave. Served with the Immaculate Bites red beans and rice (cooked in coconut milk) and they were a perfect accompaniment.

I have made this several times for family and pot lucks. It turns out wonderful every time! On a couple of occasions I put in orange juice and orange zest in place of lemon or lime. This seems to really bring out the Habanero and nutmeg flavor. Most people I know like it hot so I put in 3 Habaneros. Great easy and tasty recipe. This has been put in to my "go to" recipes file! Thank you for sharing.
