Husband and kids liked it. The texture turned out a lot like a beef roast.

I usually don’t like pork but I loved this. I used 2 pounds of pork and kept the remaining ingredients the same.

Delicious! The pork chops fell apart they were so tender and the gravy was really flavorful. I made cheesy mashed potatoes to go with it and we cut up green onions as a topper. I’ll be making this again. It was deliciously savory.

Very good, used half chicken stock with beef stock, gravy was lighter in color, just as good.

I made this for the first time tonight. A big hit with my husband!! So easy and yummy!! Only change I made was I added fresh mushrooms, toward the end. I will definitely make this again. The meat was fork tender and oh so good!!

This recipe is amazing. I serve it over rice, shred the meat and mix it all up. So yummy and easy, and the recipe makes plenty of gravy.
