My pork ended up being super tender that it was shredded when I took it out great flavor, and use the drippings and juice to make a gravy

I really liked it, sweet, but a teensy bit bland. But still tasty. Put it over rice and it was well received in my family. Might addd a bit more salt and pepper next time, but I liked it overall.
