- 16 oz. sliced mushrooms (8oz each bag)
- 2 onions (sliced into strips, 1 per bag)
- 30 oz. diced tomatoes (un-drained, 1 per bag)
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce (in each bag)
- 4 cups beef stock (low sodium, 2c per bag)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced, 1 per bag)
- 2 Tbsp. paprika (1 per bag)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder (1 per bag)
- 2 Tbsp. cumin (1 per bag)
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder (1 per bag)

- Dump all ingredients into 2 separate gallon size freezer bags
- Squeeze out as much air as possible and seal bags
- Lay flat in freezer and keep up to 3 months
