Really good I would make it again the only thing I changed was use of black garlic and paprika

Great! put onions, hreen and red peppers as well as mushrooms in the skillet with the roast for the last hour and served in tortillas.

This is a no fail go to recipe. Super easy. I also make it with beef. It tastes completely different but is equally good.

FABULOUS! I made this last week and my husband is asking for it again this week! This meat kept getting better and better. Next time I will prepare it the day before and slow heat it the next day for our meal.
