Uhm, this seasoning blend is EXACTLY what we used in cooking school and brings excellent flavor to the roast, and while 145F is perfect for lion or tenderloin roasts, shoulder roasts and Boston butts have WAY more flavor when roasted to 180F-190F, thus the 3 star rating.

Turned out perfect! Didn’t have the fresh herbs handy so replaced with a Paleo Power Herbal dry mix seasoning - worked great. Look forward to trying the herbs recommended.

Oh. My. God. Amazing ...
The first clue that this meal was going to be the star of the show for dinner was the scent that hit my face as soon as I walked in the house after work ...
Four of us dug into this pork shoulder ... there were no surviving leftovers. ... Needless to say, I’ll most certainly be looking up the recipe for the red beans and rice they suggested I make with the bone from the shoulder 😍
