I found it to be great. It was about an hour a pound to smoke but I had my smoke closer to 275. I used the new Yummly smart thermometer and it was awesome

Mostly on point. Always bring internal temp up to 202-204, remove and rest at least 90 mins (I recommend resting meat in a clean igloo or yeti cooler).
