Laborious to make. The wonderful smelling sauce belied the end result blandness. I loved the use of the sour cream and onion potato chips as a topper but it still needed something (a side of capers helped my palate). I feel like Gruyere was an expensive waste in this dish. As indicated by the 10 serving amount, it makes about 8 lbs of casserole, so be sure to feed the masses or subscribe to a love of tuna casserole because you'll have alot of it.
