Used my Dutch oven on the stovetop and these fried up fabulously! Next time I'll add more seasoned salt just for personal taste preferences.

its a great meal to make it actually doesnt take much time if the meats thawed.

Excellent! I had 1" pork loins and used enough oil to cover 1/2". They cooked perfectly. Very moist. Would use more seasoning in flour next time. Definite keeper.

I used 1 inch thick pork chops and it didn’t cook through... the breading was good so I’ll use thinner chops next time and maybe it’ll be better.
