Loved this recipe. Quick, interesting and easy to do. Also very easy to make my own tweaks to suit my palate

Turned out great. Added diced jalapeño when cooking the onion and then cooked up some ground beef (in a separate pan to avoid the fat) and mixed in together at the end. Melted some shredded cheddar on top to serve.and a dollop of sour cream to make it decadent. Awesome!
