Like the other reviews I had issues getting the consistency I wanted, and cooking times were longer. Using high quality chili powder makes a difference I think.

My patties were too soft to be considered a burger but they were still delicious..

Very good! Very thick constancy, had to cook them a little long than recommended for them to be more solid. Definitely add a lil more chili and jalapeño if you want something flavorful.
