This is delicious! Easy to make. I love peanut-based sauces. I made it exactly per the recipe (didn't cook the zoodles) and I loved the crunch of the raw zucchini. I would definitely make this again!

excellent. double the recipe because the sauce is so delicous. added chicken stock so it's more soupy. topped with cooked carrots. will add other vegetables next time.

So delicious I did the zucchini on the stove for a few minutes and poured the sauce in. Would 100% make again.

This was quick and delicious! I would definitely top it off with a bit of lime juice and coriander next time!

This was delicious. My husband can’t stop raving about it. I fixed it exactly as the recipe was suggested (using cold zoodles and room temp sauce with hot tofu). I like to dredge my tofu in corn starch to make it crispy. I also added two tbsp. of agave nectar for a little sweetness. It has just the right amount of heat. Will definitely make again.

Awesome kids loved it and the crispy texture was a big plus that you don't usually taste in tofu. Make sure to cook it long and hot!

So good! I added cayenne to my sauce to make it spicy and it was perfect! I also cooked my tofu a little extra crispy for my boyfriend who claims to hate tofu, and he loved it!
