Pretty good flavor! I shredded just a bit of cheese on top and it was perfect!!!

Be careful not to cut the artichokes and the mushrooms in too small pieces or you'll have difficulty tasting them, like I did.

So easy and delicious. I used fresh organic baby spinach, fresh basil and parmesan. I added more salt and pepper. Love it and will make it again and again.

We liked this recipe very much. The flavor was clean and refreshing but next time we will add less pasta.

pretty good. Tried 4 cups vegetable broth but I ended up needing more for the pasta to absorb. plenty of flavors for me.

I made it and it came out very good. However I did alter it a little. I did add asparagus, fresh spinach and cooked it a little bit longer then added some red pepper, basil and a couple other spices plus some Parmesan cheese. I will definitely make it agin and probably tweak it some more.

Used rotini and cooked it separately. Didn't have the two herbs so I just added a bit of basil and cilantro. I also used much less stock and cooked it down to almost nothing. And as others mentioned, I added the juice of one lemon and it worked perfectly. Great texture and pleasant taste.

I tweaked the recipe. I used fresh asparagus instead of spinach, and crushed red peppers instead of black pepper.

used a little less stock, threw in the brine from the artichokes and added lemon... AMAZING!! We loved it.

It turned out great! I needed to add more stock and seasonings for my liking. Added kale instead of spinach.

Next time I would use less stock as it turned out quite soupy. I added fresh dill, parsley + a squeeze of lemon at the end which really made the flavours pop

Amazing. This will be a repeated meal in my house. I added a little sriracha just to my individual bowl for a kick! I used fresh baby spinach instead of frozen

Wonderful! It was like eating comfort food once we got used to the idea of artichokes instead of chicken! I did have to add more vegetable broth as the recipe amount didn't cover the noodles in my pot. I will definitely make this again!

Was good and filling but definitely serve with a lemon wedge or a splash of lemon juice to make it a mouthful

Amazingly delicious and super easy! My husband loved it, he usually stays away from pasta, but he ate 4 bowls of this! Literally ONE pot to clean and dinner in under an hour. Just as good or better as left overs. I will definitely make this again!

this was delicious! Has a pickly flavor from the artichoke marinade that i love but thats because I bought marinated artichokes. Goes great with some parmesean cheese and sriacha sauce, cilantro and green onions. Soo good!!!

Very easy to make. Not amazed by the taste but it was good and I'll make it again soon. Tastes like it's missing something.

We loved this meal! I made it exactly as described, except I used fresh spinach instead of frozen. I also added a little fresh Parmesan at the very end. We are definitely adding this to our weeknight rotation!

I really wanted to like this. I did. The idea and simplicity of it appealed to me, however the end product was awful. It tasted like a slightly better version of cup o' noodles.

Tasted awfully starchy to me. I love the idea of the recipe, but I think I'd rather cook the pasta first and then add the other ingredients. I gave the recipe to my brother-in-law, who is a master chef! He said he thought it was tasteless. I agree.

This is already one of my favorite meals! Mixing spinach and artichokes makes a delicious flavor! I will definitely be making this again.
