These are really great! The basic recipe allows you to modify / season to your liking. I added some seasonings and doubled the recipe to make 12. I'm storing them in the freezer in sets of 2 - a perfect last-minute breakfast fix for busy mornings. I generally plan ahead, taking them out of the freezer and letting them thaw in the fridge overnight. If thaw, I bake in my convection toaster oven at 280F for 8 mins. If frozen, I'd go 350F for 15-18 mins or until heated through (check center temp around 10-11 min).

Good recipe, in texture, color, and health. Next time I would make it more flavorful by adding some spices.

Perfect! I used dairy free cheese and just perfect I added some garlic salt and herbs to the top because I just wanted seasoning but I’m sure it’d be good without it too

By the time all is added 7 cups will be filled. However this is the only downside. I added garlic powder and next time will toss in Italian Seasoning. Wish I had this recipe when my children were young. The egg cups are cute enough to be served for a party. Delicious!!!

Super easy to make, and good enough that even the members of my family who don't usually like eggs enjoyed them! Definitely making again.
(Also added some small bacon bits, which worked quite well.)
