Never made stick rice before but wanted to make a California roll and this made it super easy

I made this as a side to complement the Korean Pork chops. My husband doesn't care for plain white rice, but this added just enough of a flavor and it went alongside the pork so well that he asked for me to make it again. Very quick and easy.
