Came out tasty. I used black bean spaghetti, napa and red cabbage, sautéed onions. There weren’t enough veggies for the pasta, so next time, lots more cabbage, sweet peppers, spinach, etc…

It was really good. I doubled the sauce and added more veggies. Husband said he would eat this again.
