- 1/2 cup spread (Melted Butter, I use I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter 30% Oil)
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (Fat Free)
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries (Diced)
- 3/8 cup strawberries (mashed to liquid state)
- 1 3/4 cups sweetener (Powdered, I use Lakanto Monkfruit.)
