I actually used raspberries instead of the strawberries, added 2 Tbls flour and an extra Tbls of tapioca. Turned out AMAZING!!!

It was very yummy, but it was much too juicy. I let the pie cool for over 5 hours and the juice never solidified. It was like pie and soup...
