I found this a little bland. I added Chipotle chili powder and extra Italian seasoning and it was not enough. Will try stewed tomatoes next time and Worcestershire.

Tasted great! I’ll add a little cayenne or jalepeno next time definitely going into my rotation.

Awesome taste so good

This was very good. I think next time I’ll add a couple of jalapeños just to give it a little kick. I will definitely make this again.

Love this simple recipe it is absolutely in rotation at our house I do “up” the flavor by increasing the Italian seasoning and adding a Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce before cooking the rice

I made it with no cheese because my goofy daughter didn't think it would be good so I left it out... I mean watch you going to do... right? Anyway everyone loved it and I will make it again but I'll send my daughter shopping with her mom before I start.

Used chorizo and tossed in 2 jalepenos and it was delicious!
Also used grated Parmesan cheese instead of cheddar. Even my non rice living husband said it was delicious!

Boyfriend wasn’t super excited but I liked it. Used red peppers and we didn’t have the specified rice but I adjusted for instant rice directions. I used Italian sausage, definitely should have drained before carrying on.

Didn't have tomato sauce so i used a can of tomato soup instead

Very good! will definetly be making it again . I tried it with left over nacho cheese and some shredded pepperjack and that just didnt work out too well . My boyfriend thinks it needs different cheese. So no nacho cheese next time . But I was very pleased with the flavor:) Thanks for the recipe!

So easy and quick to make. I used brown basmati so if you do that be sure cook the rice 20-25 minutes more as brown always takes longer than white

Amazing but the rice doesn’t cook great

Better than its namesake! Kick it up a notch with rotel, salsa, hot sauce, or liquid smoke.

Yum! I used sausage and modified to 3 cups of broth and 1.5 cups of rice for my large family.

I made this last night with a few modifications. I used ground turkey instead of beef and a quart stewed tomatoes instead of the recommended tomatoes and chicken broth. It was delicious, the entire family went crazy over it!
