I didn't have diced tomatoes, used spaghetti sauce instead. Baked peppers in 1/2 cup water before adding filling, peppers were perfect.

I used ground beef, and they were super yummy. I boiled the peppers beforehand for a few mins instead of baking in water at the end. Added mushrooms in with the beef. Flavor was decent but still missing something, so I might add more spices next time. This filled 4 large peppers with a little bit leftover, but I pack them full. Everyone loved them.

We loved these! I used ground chicken- we liked this better than beef stuffed peppers. The water in the pan was a great idea and saved time.

I’m extremely happy with the results. I followed the directions to a tee, no variation, and it was delicious. Really tasty.

The I substituted diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil. Also didn’t add the tomato sauce or cheese to the mixture to make it more healthy but put some of each in top. Found the directions very disjointed. No oven temperature was shown

My husband told me these were the best stuffed peppers I’ve ever made. I agree. Used fresh mozzarella.

This is amazing!! I ended up using a bit more of the turkey and rice but that’s because I like my pepper stuffed with as much as they can hold. and I corn which made it super yummy!
