- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes (or diced tomatoes with their juice)
- 1 tsp. dried basil

- 3 Tbsp. steak sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)

Very healthy but needed a little more flavor so I added my own very easy to make as well. Will most likely make again

I’ve made these peppers several times and they’ve always turned out delicious. One note is I would recommend parboiling the peppers first bring the pot to boil put your clean peppers in bring to another boil 3 to 5 minutes max you still want them crunchy but not soggy.

I didn't follow amounts in receipe I only used one small can of rotel. thought it was plenty. But flavor of meat mixture was delicious. And I didn't add water.

I used long Grain brown rice, which didn’t cook quite through in 30 min on the stovetop, but still cooked enough to where you were able to chew it, so it was just a little crunchy. It sounds odd but it was nice having the texture! I also loved how the pepper wasn’t all shriveled and soft. We loved it!!

I tried making stuff peppers once before from another recipe.... unfortunately those wasn’t as tasty BUT I really enjoyed these, they was delicious & I will definitely be making these again (5 ⭐️’s)

Meat mixture was really good however I think I would boil the bell peppers a little before filling them n putting into the oven . They were a little hard but good

Very tasty, but the filling is way too much for 6 peppers. Next time I would either use 8 peppers or make less filling.

Very tasty. I've had trouble finding stuffed pepper recipes where the filling is not too dry. This one turned out great. I also had left over stuffing, but it was delicious to eat on its own as a leftover!

Came out very good. My wife loved it,as did I. Excess stuffing left over but could be a result of the size of the peppers I had available.
