yum! i used Turkey bacon and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and still thought it was delicious

Turned out great. Left out the bacon cuz wife is a veg-head. To kick up the flavors little I added some Feta. We love it!

Fairly easy (and tasty) way to jazz up zucchini and use up the overwhelming zucchini inflow this time of year.

I replaced the bacon with sausage and it was delicious. Would definitely make it again.

I added a bit too much garlic, and left out the bacon. These stuffed zucchini came out well, but not earth-shattering.

Really tasty...it’s best to squeeze out some of the zucchini pulp before mixing everything in due to the high water content

Extremely yummy. Squash was just right would be easy to adjust for more or less people. Did not see any need to broil.

it was really good! I sustituted garlic powder for the fresh garlic and onion salt for the onion. i will be making this again!
