I love to make a mugs worth of this to sip on as I quietly chill after the kids go to bed. I use a bit more cocoa powder than is called for and substitute a very small amount of Xantham Gum for the cornstarch so that I can warm the milk in the microwave instead of having to cook the cornstarch after mixing it. The almond milk always tastes burned to me when heat it on the stove so I prefer a little less heat. Delicious!!
