I used half canola oil and half coconut oil and it turned out as good ! My local coconut oil is very concentrated and it’s strong in flavor. This will be my new on the go recipe for banana bread.

The best banana bread I have ever had! Super moist. And super easy to make. It’s a regular in our house. It also makes good muffins

Very good, not too sweet and moist. I've omitted the cinnamon, instead added a dash of vanilla extract, some rum, some flax seeds, pecan nuts and chocolate chips. Delicious!
