This was amazing! I merged it with another recipe with stuffing and put some of the ingredients to the side of the bird in the pan. Used aluminum foil instead of a rack.

The BEST turkey -- flavor, texture, moisture so good there's no need for gravy.

So moist!!! Loved it. However if I made it again I’d add seasoning to the outside of turkey. Also I roasted it upside down the first hour and half.

Turned out great (my first time cooking a turkey)! I used 4 tablespoons of butter on the skin and it needed some basting when the cheesecloth started to dry out. I made gravy with the broth (a little salty but still yummy). My family gobbled it up!

This is really an easy recipe. Following the simple direction and it turns out moist and delicious. Just make sure you have a meat thermometer. Very important to make sure you reach 165 degrees minimum and no more than 180 temperature to ensure it stays moist. Remember, 15 minutes cooking time per pound.

The turkey was proud to sacrifice itself in order to be so moist and delicious.

Delicious turkey! Sooo good

Turkey was easy to make and very moist and delicious. Hardest part was finding the cheesecloth at my local grocery store. My whole family loved it.

I think a note should be added about basting throughout the roasting process (and I found that more than the recommended amount of chicken broth was definitely needed), but otherwise the recipe was easy to follow. My family gave this a 9/10.

Very delicious turkey!! Came out little dry but amazing!

First time I ever made a turkey, it was a very easy recipe to follow. It did come out just a bit dry, and I think I'd put the butter on the skin first then season it because doing it as instructed took off a lot if the seasonings.

We got a 10 pounds nice, I do recommend to use a bit more salt and pepper at the beginning and more butter too (one more spoon of all)

I loved this recipe! I sprayed with olive oil twice (once at the beginning and once 15 minutes before done). I Stuffed with baby carrots and onion and wow! It was perfect. I also did a turkey brine 24 hours before but it was literally the best turkey ever!

We did a 21 lb turkey, had to add more time but came out super moist. We’ll try this again using different seasonings and rubs but it’s a keeper.
