- 1 Tbsp. rice wine
- 1 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)

- 1 chilli pepper (I use Fresno chillies, de-seeded and chopped finely)

- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (use Tamari for gluten free)
- 1 tsp. lemon grass (paste, optional)

Well, it was pretty easy to make! It took a long time to make it. What would I change...nothing I guess! My people here seemed to love it as is, nothing to add, nothing to take away.

I did have an oops...the meat was so soft, it fell off the bone! 🤷♀️ I guess thats a good thing!
