This is my family’s request for every birthday or special occasion. This recipe made my youngest son ask where I learned to cook because to him, it’s a culinary delicacy. Worth the time it takes.

Holy smokes this was amazing! I added a graham cracker crust and used light cream cheese In place of the full fat cream cheese. I used 5% fat Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream and about 1/3 cup more sugar. It baked for 2 1/4 hours as directed. Seriously... this was the most wonderful light cheesecake ever!

Amazing! I keep coming back to this recipe because there’s really no need looking elsewhere. For all “real” cheesecake purists - then add whatever topping makes you happy!

I have made this cheesecake several times now to perfect it I make a simple graham cracker crust. I LOVE this recipe! It’s amazing with blackberry or strawberry topping but I like it best plain! So smooth and creamy I find myself craving it ❤️

Delicious and easy I made a blueberry topping but it’s too good as is I did add 1tbs each lemon and orange zest. My guests said it was the best they’d ever had. I had 3 small ramekins left over.

Omg so good! The cake will rise so don’t fill your pan too high. I had batter left over and made mini cakes in ramekins. The cakes are so airy they even slid easily out of the ramekins.

The taste and texture was great. I expected a little more height to the cake. It did not look as pictured.

It tasted amazing. Everyone loved it I don’t own a springform pan but it came out delicious in an aluminum one suspended in a larger aluminum pan filled with water to simulate a proper water bath and it came out with a perfect texture and no cracks

Loved it! To avoid the cracks on the cheesecake having all ingredients to room temperature is key for sure. Mine turned out a little different since I turned it into a Keto diet friendly cheesecake but delicious, creamy and fluffy.

it was really good but i didnt have a big enough pan to do the water bath so it had a big crack. im making one again next week. any suggestions on how to not have it crack without the water bath?

Delicious. This is my go to cheesecake. of all the things I have brought to events, this is the most requested. i have made it with and without a crust. when ive made a crust i use Brownie Bites (cookies). this is an easy to follow recipe for those who are scared of making a cheesecake. i have passed this recipe to any who ask. Again great recipe.

Creamy and fluffy! I made three 4" mini-cheesecakes using just under 1/2 of the recipe 1-3/4 pkgs cream cheese, two eggs... they turned out great I cooked in a water bath for 65 minutes. Topped them with strawberries and homemade whipped cream.
