Great dressing. Very tangy and crunchy.

I also used pear in the mix and Feta cheese as a topping. Very good!

I used white balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar but it still turned out pretty good. Anxious to see how it will taste tomorrow after soaking in the dressing longer.

Used cabbage and carrots from the garden and made 1/4 of the recipe for a small batch. Had to sub in yellow mustard since we didn’t have Dijon. Will pick some up to use next time. Turned out great though!

I didnt have the dates, and used apple cider vinegar, but it still tasted pretty good. Probably wouldve been better if I'd at least had red wine vinegar.
