    Wonderful! I added a 1/4 teaspoon each of ginger & garlic. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of spicy brown mustard. Super quick & easy! I usually served this on top of a salad. I've made this with both tempe & tofu & it turns out great every time.

    This is a very versatile recipe, with great taste & texture. It can be used in stir fry, cubed into soup, & used in a chili, etc l finally found a temphe recipe I like. Its also great as a vegan rib, served with some side dishes, for a complete meal.

    Honestly so good! I've tried marinated tempeh before but this was so much better. Perfect amount of sweet and spicy, and super simple!

    A bit too sweet for my taste, I would add less maple syrup next time, and maybe try adding hot sauce

    Good sauce but tempeh gets too fragile being cooked in the sauce too long - next time I’ll add it when the sauce gets closer to thickening.

    The Tempe sauce was delicious! Had them with stir fry in the evening and on bread the next day with cheese. Yum!!

    sauce came out fantastic. definitely making this again but maybe with tofu. not a big fan of the tempeh

    Just delicious, made as is. It didn’t say how long to cook it in the sauce, until thick takes a little while, 30 min? I would make it again, definitely.
