If i make it again, i will half the meat and add more veggies like butternut squash and beans. I know it is supposed to be all meat, but it was too much for me. I also used only the adobo sauce and not the peppers to keep it more mild for the kids. Overall very good flavor, just a lot of prep work!

What a great chilli,I chose to use carolina 😎 repers instead of the jalapeno so that is not quite authentic but close enough. many thanks for this dish

First time trying Texas chilli. Good flavour. Recipe makes a lot of tasty chilli gravy. Might make it next time with ground beef and beans.
