We made this in the slow cooker and it was perfect. We used regular chilli powder for ancho chilli powder since it’s hard to find in Canada. This will be a regular in our household from now on!

I seared the last batch of beef. Recipe didn't say to remove it, but to add onions and garlic, so I assumed that meant add it to all the beef. I cooked it for 5 minutes before I realized it didn't seem right, then picked out the beef and set it aside. I hope it still comes out good!
