- 2 Tbsp. thai green curry paste
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 yellow onion (peeled & cut into 8 wedges)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled & chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen broad beans
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashews (dry roasted &)
- 3 Tbsp. kecap manis (Indonesian Soy Sauce – see here for the homemade version)
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce (adjust to taste)
- 10 grams basil leaves
