It's a really good recipe! I added sautéed onion. Also, I added some heavy cream at the end.
I did not let it simmer for the amount of time it called for. Just briefly to heat up the canned ingredients since the chicken was already cooked. My husband usually doesn't like anything that's not beef. So it must be good when he's saying "the soup is excellent."

Great!
Put broth in soup pan and brought to boil, put in one chopped large onion and large bell pepper (I used an orange one for color), boiled a few min until onion was tender. Then added all additional ingredients and ~7oz can of chopped green chilis, and doubled spices (also added some Tumeric and cumin).
We both loved it, served with fresh avocado on top and couple of corn chips crunched up. We will definitely make it again!!

add garlic, noodles, celery, I just use a southwest corn, bean frozen mix. served with crashed tortilla chips with a scoop of sour cream! taste is out of this world!
