So happy this was so easy to make, and it creates a great base to add extra flavors and textures. I was not quite expecting the texture of the squash spaghetti itself, but I wasn't displeased. Only downside to this and other squash dishes, cutting into these dang things are so hard.

Turned out well, i would make it again but more seasoned and perhwps some butter.....

Very good. I microwaved the whole squash for 5” first. My husband usually doesn’t rave about Spaghetti Squash, but he told me he liked this 3 times. We are happy putting our Italian meat sauce on top!! It was easier cutting across instead of lengthwise. We’ll do this again.

I loved it! I'm trying to find substitutes for pasta. I was very pleased with how this went with my spaghetti meat sauce. I didn't change the recipe at all.

Love it, I come home lost on what to eat. This hit the spot. I added it to some spaghetti sauce. I don't think one squash indeed is enough.
