Very good way to use turkey leftovers. Put dry ingredients in food processor and chopped fine. Think am going to add grapes and pecans next time.

I added a few more seasoning; garlic salt, black pepper, onion powder to the mix. Without them the recipe is very basic.

It was delicious. Had it with crackers and it made a great light meal.

It seemed too dry so I added a small amount of chicken broth and some juice from a dill pickle jar. The pickle juice picked it up a little bit, but still it’s nothing special.

I made this recipe last night, my wife couldn’t stop raving about it! My daughter who “hates mayo” loved it also, and wants me to make it again today!
